By accessing or placing an order on Lovelle.co ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All products sold on Lovelle.co are handmade pipe cleaner bouquets and decorative pots. Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to the handcrafted nature of the items.

Each item requires a 2–3 business day handcrafting preparation window before dispatch. No same-day delivery is available.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable packaging fees. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on your state.

Payments are processed exclusively via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Lovelle.co does not store your payment card details.

A 10% Welcome Offer discount may be applied automatically to first-time orders.

An order confirmation email is sent upon successful Razorpay payment. If you do not receive one within 30 minutes, contact us at sales@lovelleco.in.

Orders are binding once payment is confirmed. Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 hours of placement.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or festive delays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Due to the perishable and custom-handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Reviews can only be submitted by customers who have completed a verified purchase. Lovelle.co reserves the right to remove reviews that contain abusive, false, or inappropriate content.

All content on Lovelle.co including images, logos, product names, and descriptions are the intellectual property of Lovelle.co and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Lovelle.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the amount paid for the specific order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
