Shipping Policy

1. Handcrafting Preparation Time
Every Lovelle.co creation is handmade to order. Before dispatch, each item requires a 2–3 business day production window. This is in addition to transit time.
No same-day or next-day delivery is available for our handcrafted products.
2. Delivery Modes
We offer two shipping modes:

3. Intra-State vs Inter-State
Intra-State: Delivery within Tamil Nadu (our base state) — standard lower rate applies.
Inter-State: Delivery to any other Indian state — higher rate applies to cover longer transit logistics.
The shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the state you select in your delivery address.
4. Coverage & Pincode Serviceability
We currently ship to most major cities and towns across India via trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number
- Direct tracking link (where available)
You can also view order status on your Account page or scan the QR code on your packing slip.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Courier congestion during festive seasons
- Natural calamities or force majeure
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided
Lovelle.co is not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment is dispatched.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to our facility. Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
